Chicago Fizz

  • 1 oz captain
  • 1 oz unhinged cabernet
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg white

Procedure: Pour all ingredients in to shaker, dry
shake, add ice, wet shake, strain in to coupe.
Top with soda

Glass: 7oz Coupe
Garnish: Lemon wheel & blackberry
