Edison’s Peachy Twist

• 1 oz Peachtree
• 3 oz Chardonnay
• 1.5 oz Ginger Beer

Procedure: Muddle lemon & peach in mixing
glass, add all ingredients, stir, pour over ice top
with soda.

Glass: 16oz Wine Glass
Garnish: Lemon wheel & peach wedge
