  • Smoke the coupe w/ rosemary
  • 1oz Uncle val’s gin
  • .5 oz sweet vermouth
  • .5 Campari
  • ½ oz rosemary syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Splash of OJ
  • 1 egg white

Procedure: Smoke glass w/ rosemary. Add all
ingredients to shaker, shake, strain, pour.

Glass: 7oz Coupe
Garnish: Rosemary & burnt lemon wheel
